Lion's Mane, Chaga, and Cordyceps Mushroom Benefits

A Little About Lion’s Mane 

Thelion’s mane mushroom, also known ashericium erinaceus, is an edible mushroom that grows on hardwood trees.  It has been used for millenia in traditional Chinese medicine.  It is widely regarded as one of the healthiest fungi you can consume.  Most people consume lion’s mane either in the form of an extract or a powder added to food and drink.  


Lion’s Mane Benefits
