Chocolate Fix Banana Bread

As the temperatures fall, the comfort of warm and aromatic banana bread sounds better and better. This bread is naturally sweetened with maple syrup, and features delicious fall spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Our cacao granola and a handful of chocolate chips make this the perfect recipe to satisfy your chocolate craving!

 Hand Grabbing Banana Bread


  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Forij Sunflower Seed Cacao granola



1. Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a loaf pan.
2. Combine all ingredients minus chocolate chips and Forij granola in a high speed blender and blend until well combined.
3. Remove mixture from blender and carefully mix in chocolate chips.
4. Pour into a loaf pan and top the entire thing with Forij granola.
5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden on the outsides and a toothpick comes out clean.
