Double Chocolate Kahlua Parfait

A deliciously decadent adult dessert that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser! It's a great recipe for holiday parties, or for a cozy night in at home. The bourbon flavor in our Sunflower Seed Cacao granola pairs well with the Kahlua and chocolate, making this dessert simply irresistible! Boozy and decadent, this dessert is sure to become a regular in your rotation of holiday recipes. It tastes so good you wouldn't even know that it is full of brain-boosting nutrients and vitamin D from adaptogenic mushrooms in the granola.



  • 1/3 cup Mocha Kahlua
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • Forij Sunflower Seed Cacao granola



1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, add cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch and salt. While mixing, gradually add milk. Whisk until all is incorporated.
2. Continue whisking until pudding thickens and it comes to a low boil, about 10-12 minutes.
3. Add liqueur, chocolate chips and vanilla. Continue whisking for one minute and the mixture is smooth.
4. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
5. Place in a covered bowl and place in fridge for at least one hour.
6. When ready to serve, layer pudding and granola. Top with more chocolate chips and whipped cream of desired.
