Easy Chocolate Chip Granola Cookies

This bark has more than bite. It has the power of mushrooms packed into every bite with our functional granola. Elevate your granola and make this super simple air fryer granola bark. Easy and nutritious.



  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 chia eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½tsp.salt
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • 1 ½ cup Forij Sunflower Seed Cacao granola
  • ½ cup (vegan) dark chocolate chips



1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, chia eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Stir until fully combined.
4. Add oat flour, and stir until just combined.
5. Fold in the granola and chocolate chips until just combined.
6. Scoop the cookie dough by the tablespoon, roll into balls, then place on the prepared baking pan
7. Bake for 8-10 mins, allow to cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
