No-Bake Cinnamon Superfood Pie Crust

Tis the season of pies and other delicious desserts! It's all too easy to feel weighed down during the holidays, with all the heavy foods and decadent sweets. If you're looking for a healthy dessert recipe made with superfoods, look no further. This no-bake pie crust is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and coconut oil and made with vegan, gluten-free granola. Forij functional granola and a handful of oats give it the perfect texture and crunch. This superfood crust is perfect for all kinds of seasonal pies, tarts, bars, and cheesecakes!


  • 1 ½ cups Forij Cinnamon granola
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup



1. Set aside a 9-inch pie dish.
2. Add Forij granola and oats to blender. Blend at high speed, until a fine flour. Pour into a mixing bowl.
3. Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil to the mixing bowl, and mix with a large spoon or your hands. The mixture is ready when you pinch the crumbs together with your fingers and it sticks together. If the mixture is not sticking, add more coconut oil by the ½ teaspoon.
4. Dump the pie crust mixture into prepared pie dish, and press firmly into the pan.
Fill the pie crust with your favorite pie filling, and enjoy!
