We have the perfect clean eating dessert recipe for the holidays! Our Oatmeal Cookie Granola Butter is full of winter spices, a daily dose of Vitamin D, and good-for-you brain nutrients. This vegan-friendly cookie butter is naturally sweetened with coconut flakes, coconut sugar, and maple syrup. It is also chock full of adaptogenic mushrooms like lion's mane, so it will leave you feeling energized, instead of weighed down like other desserts tend to.

 Granola Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups Forij Cinnamon granola
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • Dash of cardamom, allspice, ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender.
2. Process until smooth and creamy.
3. Store in a jar, and enjoy! (Slather a scoop or two onto your favorite toast, banana, or smoothie - or eat it straight out of the jar!)
