Get your daily hit of adaptogens and collagen in this protein packed post-workout smoothie recipe. Our low-carb Vanilla Almond granola and Vital Proteins combine with other whole ingredients for this super simple recipe.

This recipe is Paleo-friendly and brimming with nutrition from healthy fats, omega-3s, protein, antioxidants, fiber, and a minimal amount of low glycemic carbohydrates. Start recovering faster and add this recipe for a post workout smoothie to your daily routine.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz coconut milk
  • 2 oz water
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or tahini
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • top with Forij Vanilla Almond granola

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well­ combined.
